To book your appointment we require a booking fee. Once you’ve sent us an enquiry, we will send you a booking fee form. Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions in the booking fee form as booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you agree to the terms and conditions and wish to proceed with booking an appointment, simply fill in the form, sign and click “I have completed this form”. A copy will be sent to both us and yourself.

Once you’ve paid the booking fee we will arrange the date and time of your tattoo and our artists will prepare your design for the appointment. To help us operate more smoothly and ensure you have plenty of time to read through all of the information, once the booking fee is received, we will send you a Tattoo Consent Form and an After Care Information sheet. Please read these carefully and sign and confirm the Tattoo Consent form before your appointment.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To book your appointment, we require a £50 minimum (NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE*) booking fee (or the full cost of the tattoo as a booking fee where the total price quoted is less than the £50 minimum). Any booking fees paid will be deducted from the total price of the appointment, once the session is complete.

*NON-REFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE -
Please make sure that you are certain that you can attend your appointment on the arranged date and time, as any booking fees paid WILL NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances.

COVID-19 / ILLNESS
If you have COVID-19 symptoms or any other medical issues that will affect the tattoo process or the health of you or our staff, we will rebook your tattoo for a later date and any booking fees paid will be transferred to the new appointment date and deducted from the price once the session is complete.

WHY A BOOKING FEE?
The booking fee covers our artists for their drawing and designing time in case of cancellations or no shows.

PAYMENT
We prefer direct bank transfer where possible.
